Ben Pugh graduated Penn State in 2013 as a double major in Actuarial Science and Economics and now works as a management consultant. He was a part of the Alpha Zeta new member class. Being a brother of Phi Beta Lambda assisted his professional development during his early years at Smeal by surrounding himself with a group of driven peers which challenged him to become his best self. Ben's favorite memory of PBL was serving as co-chair for Rush with fellow alumni, Matt Thorwart. They had a lot of fun planning events and learned how recruiting works in the real world. Ben encourages everyone to "Become a leader in Smeal and become a leader outside of Smeal. The business school will challenge you through peers, but it's your outside experiences that will let you grow in a way that's unique to you. Cross Pollinate!"
